What do our services cover?
We have a family of systems for monitoring, control and remote management of facilities.
Management of all instrument resources: probes, digital inputs, output states.
Storage of digital resources when variations occur, thus allowing detailed statistical analysis (control of compressor start-up, number of door openings, defrost control and duration).
Real-time data table, tables and graphs of historical data. Remote control of the instrument using the RVD function, where the user sees a virtual device of the real instrument with full operation on it.
Reading/writing parameters. Sending commands remotely (defrost, lights on/off, instruments on/off). Automatic event scheduler, which allows parameters to be modified and commands to be sent automatically. The system has a complete alarm manager, which allows notifications to be sent via SMS, email or directly to the Twin call center. It also has two configurable on-board relays for local alarm signaling.
Discrimination of alerts by time slots, alarm types, and services. Possibility of user-designed synoptics, with interactive objects, expandable image libraries with jpg, png, gif elements, and all based on a Web environment.
Automatic report generation, with automatic email sending function.
